Seasonal Offering - Co-Fermented Holiday Spice Coffee

Juan Puerta co-ferments this honey-processed Castillo with rosemary, blackberry, and cardamom for 48 hours. The result is a syrupy cup of raspberry, cranberry, and cacao nibs with an herbal finish. Then we at Colombee carefully roast small-batch and roast-to-order. This is seasonal, get it while it lasts. Remember, it's co-fermented, not artificially flavored!
