Medium Roast of our current flagship bean.

An 87-point, honey-processed lot from Aponte. Honey processing leaves part of the mucilage on the bean during drying, producing a heavier body and more pronounced sweetness than a washed coffee — a slower, higher-risk process we think is worth it.

Roasted in small batches to order.
